Vienna/Frankfurt, 18.12.2009. C-QUADRAT Investment AG has been notified today, that the Higher Regional Court Vienna has revoked the order passed on request of the Austrian Financial Market Authority by the Commercial Court Vienna on 30.04.2009 to suspend the voting rights in respect of all shares held in C-QUADRAT Investment AG by AvW Gruppe AG, FN 206508p. The issue has been remitted to the court of first instance for amendment of trial and revised decision.
