Carezo (Guernsey) Limited, with business address 1st and 2nd Floors, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands, GY1 1EW, are notifying pursuant to section 21 para 1 WpHG that they exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% of the voting rights in Curanum AG, Engelbertstraße 23-25, 81241 München on 23 May 2011. Their voting portion at that date amounted to 17.22%. This corresponds to 6,748,005 voting rights. (17.22%, corresponding to 6,748,005 voting rights). This voting portion does not contain any voting rights which have been obtained via exercise of a right to acquire shares in Curanum AG granted by a financial instrument according to section § 25 paragraph 1 sentence 1 WpHG. 3.
