Management and Supervisory Board of CURANUM AG decide share buy-back
On 19th September 2008, the Supervisory Board of CURANUM AG, Munich, has agreed upon the decision of the Management Board to start a share buy-back up to 5% of the CURANUM share capital.
The buy-back can be executed completely or in partial amounts once or several times. The repurchased shares are to be used as acquisition currency for future acquisitions of nursing homes or nursing operators.
