On December 4, 2012, Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, London, United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.95% of the voting rights (349,767 voting rights) as of November 29, 2012. Of these voting rights, 2.95% (349,767 voting rights) are to be attributed to Theadneedle Investment Services Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG. 2. On December 4, 2012, Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC, London, United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2.95% of the voting rights (349,767 voting rights) as of November 29, 2012.
