Thereof 1.67 % of the voting rights (4.000.000 voting rights) are attributed to Ralph Dommermuth GmbH & Co. KG Beteiligungsgesellschaft pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Thereof 31.00 % (74.400.000 voting rights) are attributed to Ralph Dommermuth Verwaltungs GmbH pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
