Notification of voting rights in the name of M&G Investment Management Limited On the 27 October 2011, M&G Investment Management Limited moved to a 3% threshold of § 21 para. 1 WpHG and now holds 3.00% (5,754,118 shares held with voting rights) of the voting rights in K+S Aktiengesellschaft.
