that after execution of two increases of share capital of the Company in October
2013, namely first from EUR 214.247.900,00 by EUR 88.102.100,00 to EUR
302.350.000,00 and thereafter from EUR 302.350.000,00 by EUR 6.650.000,00 to EUR
309.000.000,00, about which UNIQA has informed on 11.10.2013 and 23.10.2013, by
the end of October 2013 the total number of voting rights amounts to 309,000,000
and the share capital to EUR 309,000,000.00.
