Milan Dubec and Martin Mihálik appointed to jointly manage Ringier Axel Springer Slovakia for the interim

Zurich (ots)

With immediate effect, Milan Dubec (34) and Martin Mihálik (43) will in addition to their current functions jointly run Ringier Axel Springer Slovakia. They will ensure a smooth transition as General Manager Peter Mertus, who worked for the company for the past 14 years, leaves the company by December 2014 on his own wish.

Milan Dubec is founder, co-shareholder and CEO of the leading Slovakian online portal Azet, in which Ringier Axel Springer Slovakia holds the majority since 2010.

Martin Mihálik joined Ringier Axel Springer Slovakia in 1998 and became the company's Chief Financial Officer in 2004. He is member of the Executive Board of Azet.
