Now the winter has passed, it is time to knock the garden back into shape. Just in time for the new gardening season, Einhell Germany AG presents the latest member of the Power X-Change range of garden tools. Overgrown lawns and dense undergrowth can be reliably cut back with the eco-friendly Agillo 18/200 Cordless Scythe from Einhell Germany AG. The scythe can be operated both with a line spool or with a 3-blade cutter to ensure your outdoor areas are always kept neat and tidy.
Quick help with unruly plant growth
Landau an der Isar, March 3, 2021 –Scythes are the perfect choice for difficult-to-reach parts of the garden, for areas by the side of the path or for steep slopes – i.e. whenever a normal lawn trimmer is no longer up to the job. Powerful, quiet, and eco-friendly, the battery-powered models offer the same performance as their petrol-powered counterparts and can deal with anything from unruly undergrowth, tall grass, and weeds to even small shrubs.
For tasks as challenging as this, the new 18 V Power X-Change Agillo 18/200 Cordless Scythe from Einhell with a speed of 7,500 rpm is the perfect solution – with no power cable to get in the way and no irritating petrol fumes. In addition, the removable Power X-Change battery pack can also be used in all of the other cordless tools in the platform, which now includes over 200 tools for the house and garden.
Compact and easy to handle
The scythe is equipped with a front motor for optimized power transmission and weight distribution. The power can be individually adapted as required with the aid of the speed regulator. The unit is supplied with a robust 8 m long line spool with a cutting width of 30 cm, as well as a high-grade 3-blade cutter with a cutting width of 20 cm. Thanks to the automatic feed mechanism, the line can be extended as required once it starts to get too short. With the spindle lock system, it is very easy to switch between the line spool for tall grass and weeds and the 3-blade cutter for undergrowth and shrubs.
The universally adjustable two-handed handle makes for very user-friendly handling, and the high-quality comfort harness ensures that hobby gardeners don’t get tired when using this equipment.
For ease of transport, the long handle tube made of lightweight aluminum has a split shaft that can be split in two quickly and easily. The scythe can be stored with minimal space requirements using the wall bracket.
