Karlsruhe (euro adhoc) - Karlsruhe, 5th December 2011. In the period between
November 28th and December 2nd 2011 init innovation in traffic systems AG bought
back a total of 9,130 shares of init innovation in traffic systems AG (ISIN
DE0005759807) at an average price of EUR 14.7659 per share.

This ongoing acquisition is based on the Adhoc release as of November 18th 2011.
The acquisition was carried out by the assigned bank, Commerzbank AG, on the
stock exchange (XETRA).
