On September 25, 2012, Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, London, United Kingdom, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG, that its percentage of voting rights in Delticom AG, Hanover, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.01% of the voting rights (356,373 voting rights) as of September 21, 2012. Of these voting rights, 3.01% (356,373 voting rights) are to be attributed to Theadneedle Investment Services Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG. Voting rights of the following shareholders holding 3% each or more in Delticom AG are to be attributed to Theadneedle Investment Services Limited: - Threadneedle Investment Funds ICVC 2.
