Brierly Gardens Investments Limited, Limassol, Cyprus, informed us on 31 March 2008 pursuant to paragraph 21, section 1 WpHG that on 27 March 2008 their voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and at that point in time amounted to 3,01 % (7,562,492 voting shares).
In addition, Lawson International Investments Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, informed us on 31 March 2008 pursuant to paragraph 21, section 1 WpHG that on 27 March 2008 their voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and at that point in time amounted to 3,01 % (7,562,492 voting shares). All voting rights are directly held by Brierly Gardens Investments Limited and attributed to Lawson International Investments Limited pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.
Moreover, Oliveyard Holdings Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, informed us on 31 March 2008 pursuant to paragraph 21, section 1 WpHG that on 27 March 2008 their voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and at that point in time amounted to 3,01 % (7,562,492 voting shares). All voting rights are directly held by Brierly Gardens Investments Limited and attributed to Lawson International Investments Limited pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG. These voting rights were also attributed to Oliveyard Holdings Limited pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.

All voting rights are directly held by Brierly Gardens Investments Limited and attributed to Lawson International Investments Limited pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG and to Oliveyard Holdings Limited pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG. These voting rights are also attributed to Mr Hamed El Chiaty pursuant to paragraph 22, section 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.
