Bonn, 15. Januar 2026: Die DHL Group festigt mit der Zertifizierung durch das Top Employers Institute in zahlreichen Ländern ihre Position als einer der weltweit führenden Arbeitgeber. Die Unternehmensbereiche DHL Express, Post & Paket Deutschland, DHL Global Forwarding, Freight sowie DHL eCommerce wurden als Top Employer 2026 ausgezeichnet. Die renommierte Zertifizierung bestätigt die Fähigkeit der Gruppe, ein leistungsstarkes Arbeitsumfeld auf Basis moderner HR-Strategien und exzellenter Personalpraktiken zu schaffen.
Der Unternehmensbereich Post & Paket Deutschland erzielte ein Gesamtergebnis von 97,54 % und verbesserte sich im bundesweiten Ranking deutlich – von Platz 15 im Vorjahr auf Platz drei von insgesamt 153 zertifizierten Unternehmen. In fünf von sechs Kategorien erreichte das Unternehmen Werte über 95 %. Bestwerte von 100 % gab es in den Bereichen Geschäfts- und Personalstrategie, Arbeitgebermarketing, Personalgewinnung sowie Führung. Die Zertifizierung basiert auf der Umfrage „HR Best Practices“. Sechs zentrale Dimensionen werden darin validiert: Personalstrategie, Arbeitsumfeld, Talentakquise, Lernen, Vielfalt und Wohlbefinden.

Auch global unterstreicht die DHL Group ihre Exzellenz als Arbeitgeber für rund 600.000 Mitarbeitende durch die Ergebnisse weiterer Geschäftsbereiche. DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) steigerte seinen globalen Score auf 93,45 % und erzielte Höchstwerte von 100 % in den Bereichen Geschäftsstrategie, Digital HR sowie Unternehmenszweck und Werte. DHL eCommerce erreichte einen globalen Score von 93,51 % und überzeugte insbesondere in den Kategorien Führung, Arbeitgebermarketing und Performance mit jeweils 100 %. Auch DHL Express bestätigte erneut seine hohe Qualität (Score 89,59 %) und erzielte etwa die volle Punktzahl im Bereich Ethik und Integrität.
Das Top Employers Institute ist die weltweit führende Instanz für die Anerkennung exzellenter HR-Praktiken. Im Rahmen des Programms werden Unternehmen als Arbeitgeber erster Wahl zertifiziert. Im Jahr 2025 zertifizierte das Institut fast 2.500 Top Employer in 131 Ländern und Regionen, was sich positiv auf das Arbeitsleben von mehr als 14 Millionen Mitarbeitern weltweit auswirkte.

Bonn, January 15, 2026: DHL Group continues to set benchmarks in human resources excellence. The recent certification by the Top Employers Institute highlights the group's ability to create a high-performance workplace supported by data-driven HR strategies and a clear focus on employee engagement.
The international divisions of the Group showed remarkable results in this year’s survey. DHL eCommerce led the global field with an outstanding score of 93.51%, excelling particularly in Leadership and Employer Branding. Similarly, DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) increased its global score to 93.45%, reaching the maximum of 100% in Business Strategy, Digital HR, and Purpose and Values. DHL Express also confirmed its high standards with a global score of 89.59%, notably achieving the full score in Ethics and Integrity.
In addition to these global achievements, the Group saw a record-breaking performance in its home market. Post & Paket Germany reached an overall score of 97.54%, significantly improving its standing in the German national ranking from 15th to 3rd place out of 153 certified companies. The division achieved scores above 95% in five out of six categories, with perfect 100% ratings in Business and People Strategy, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership.
