& Co SE arising from 1,992,965 voting rights. All voting rights in Klöckner & Co

On 25 September 2009 FIL Limited fell below the threshold of 3 % of the voting
rights in Klöckner & Co SE, Am Silberpalais 1, 47057 Duisburg, Germany. On that
date, FIL Limited held 2.97 % of the voting rights in Klöckner & Co SE arising
from 1,978,031 voting rights. Of this amount, 0.02 % (14,526 voting rights) is
to be attributed pursuant sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent.
2 WpHG and 2.95 % (1,963,505 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
