Luxembourg, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 WpHG that its voting rights on Software AG, Darmstadt, Germany, ISIN: DE0003304002, WKN: 330400, have exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on October 18, 2007, and on that day amount to 3.21% (this corresponds to 913015 voting rights). According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 WpHG, 3.21% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 913015 voting rights) is to be attributed to Virmont S.à.r.l. from Alken Fund SICAV.
