The Supervisory Board and the Executive Board of MEDION AG resolved at their meeting on March 11, 2009, to submit a proposal at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting on May 15, 2009, for payment of dividend of 0.15 euro per share (previous year: 0.15 euro).
