crossed above the threshold of 3%. On that date, FMR LLC held 3.15% of the
voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG arising from 5,914,156 voting rights.

All voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
