Hamburg (euro adhoc) - At the end of yesterday's Annual General Meeting, the Supervisory Board of SinnerSchrader Aktiengesellschaft elected Dieter Heyde as its new chairman. The Managing Partner of SALT Solutions GmbH has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2006. He is taking over as Chairman of the Supervisory Board from Dr Reinhard Pöllath, who stepped down from this position at the end of the General Meeting.
Prof. Cyrus D. Khazaeli, a professor of information and interaction design in Berlin, was elected Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He has been a member of the Supervisory Board of SinnerSchrader since 2007. Philip W. Seitz was elected as a new member of the Supervisory Board by the Annual General Meeting for Dr Reinhard Pöllath.
Dieter Heyde was born in 1947, and after completing an industrial apprenticeship at Siemens, he studied business administration in Frankfurt am Main. In 1971 he founded a consulting firm for IT solutions in logistics and subsequently managed this firm, most recently as Chairman of the Management Board of Heyde AG, until early 2001. Dieter Heyde has been a Managing Partner of SALT Solutions GmbH since 2002.
Cyrus D. Khazaeli was born in 1962 and studied visual communication at the University of Fine Arts in Hamburg. After his studies, he worked as an art director and creative director for various agencies, and since 1995 he has published design books through Rowohlt Verlag. From 1997 to 2004, he was a lecturer in media informatics at the University of Applied Sciences in Wedel and in media didactics at the University of Hamburg. Alongside his chief occupation as a professor of information and interaction design at Berliner Technische Kunsthochschule, an art university, Cyrus D. Khazaeli works on a freelance basis as a consultant and creative director in the field of new media.
Philip W. Seitz was born in 1962 and studied law at the University of Hamburg. After completing his studies, he worked as a legal advisor at HypoVereinsbank Hamburg before moving to GrandMets Foods in 1995. From 1997 to 2007, he held various positions at the American Campbell Soup Company, most recently Legal Counsel Europe. Since the end of 2007, Philip W. Seitz has been General Counsel at Tchibo.
