On behalf of Columbia Wanger Asset Management, L.P., Chicago, USA, we hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that on 8 September 2008 the voting interest of Columbia Wanger Asset Management, L.P., in MPC Muenchmeyer Petersen Capital AG, Palmaille 75, 22767 Hamburg, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2,99% of the voting rights (363,569 voting rights) on this day.
2,99% (all) of the voting rights (363,569 voting rights) are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6.
On behalf of Columbia Acorn International Fund, Chicago, USA, we hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that on 22 August 2008 the voting rights held by Columbia Acorn International Fund, in MPC Muenchmeyer Petersen Capital AG, Palmaille 75, 22767 Hamburg, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3% and amounted to 2,92% (354,414 voting rights)on this day.
2,92% (all) of the voting rights (354,414 voting rights) are attributable to Columbia Acorn International Fund in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 2 WpHG.
