Heidelberger Druckmaschinen greenshoe fully exercised

Commerzbank and Merrill Lynch, the Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Managers of the placement of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG shares previously held by RWE AG, on May 17, 2001, have today exercised the greenshoe option in full.
This will increase the placement volume from 5,275,000 shares by 775,000 shares to a total of 6,050,000 shares. Shares placed from the greenshoe were provided by Commerzbank.
