On February 6, 2013, Mr. Colin Moran, USA, has notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in SMT Scharf AG, Hamm, Germany, has exceeded the threshold of 3% and amounted to 3.002% (126,065 voting rights) as of February 4, 2013. Of these voting rights, 3.002% (126,065 voting rights) are attributed to him pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG. Of these voting rights, 3.002% (126,065 voting rights) are also attributed to him pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 no. 2 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG. 2.
