The shareholding of Schroders plc. in Thielert AG, Hamburg/Germany, went below the 10% threshold and amounted to 9.96% (equivalent to 2,109,861 shares of 21,192,130 total shares) on 25 February 2008. These voting rights are in their entirety attributable to Schroders plc. pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 and sent. 2 and 3 WpHG.
2.
