We have received on 2 January 2008 the following announcements from Morgan Stanley, Wilmington/USA on its own behalf and on behalf of such further subsidiaries as mentioned below pursuant sec. 21 para. 1 and sec. 24 WpHG:
1. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, New York/USA on 14 December 2007, has exceeded the threshold of 3% of voting rights of Thielert AG and on that day holds 3.03% of the voting rights (642,707 shares, each carrying one voting right); and
2. The holding entity of Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated, Morgan Stanley, Wilmington/USA on 24 December 2007, has also exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights of Thielert AG, and on that day holds 3.08% (655,278 shares, each one carrying one voting right), whereby these voting rights are attributed to it pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 No. 1 WpHG.
