2.3 million Euro coproduction ‘Laura’s Star 2’ to be available by
December 2006

ZDF Enterprises and Rome-based Mondo TV as well as its German
subsidiary Mondo Igel Media AG (MIM) have signed a coproduction
agreement, it was announced today by Orlando Corradi, Chairman of the
Board of Directors of Mondo TV, and Fred Burcksen, VP Distribution
and Investments, ZDF Enterprises. According to the agreement, the
partners will coproduce the second series of the childrens’ animation
series ‘Laura’s Star’. The character is internationally known through
the books, which have been translated into over 30 languages, as well
as the theatrical movie which was a box office success all across
continental Europe. The 22 x 11’ series has a production budget of
2.3 million Euro.

Fred Burcksen: "The worldwide distribution will be handled by ZDF
Enterprises, who have already successfully marketed the first season
of ‘Laura’s Star’. A promo trailer will be available for MIPCOM
junior, the entire production will be completed by December 2006."

Orlando Corradi adds: "We really believe that is an honour and reason
of pride for Mondo TV Group to start the first coproduction with ZDF
Enterprises, who are part of a such important and reliable media
Group in Germany as ZDF is. We are convinced that this is the first
step of a hopefully fantastic relationship between our two Groups."
