Lawson International Investments Ltd., Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, informed us on 12 February 2010 pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG that on 9 February 2010 its voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 3.02% (7,600,000 voting rights).
These 3.02% (7,600,000 voting rights) are attributed to Lawson International Investments Ltd. from Brierly Gardens Investments Limited pursuant to section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.
Oliveyard Holdings Limited, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands, informed us on 12 February 2010 pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG that on 9 February 2010 its voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 3.02% (7,600,000 voting rights).
These 3.02% (7,600,000 voting rights) are attributed to Oliveyard Holdings Limited (beginning with the lowermost association) from Brierly Gardens Investments Limited and Lawson International Investments Ltd. pursuant to section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.
Mr Hamed El Chiaty, United Arab Emirates, informed us on 12 February 2010 pursuant to section 21, paragraph 1 WpHG that on 9 February 2010 his voting rights in TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3% and on that day amounted to 3.02% (7,600,000 voting rights).
