Munich, June 19, 2007. Based on a decision of the local court of Bonn, the Federal Cartel Office (FCO) today performed a search at the premises of SevenOne Media, the TV advertising sales subsidiary of ProSiebenSat.1 Group. The FCO is examining, whether there is evidence for the suspicion of an abuse of a dominant market position or anticompetitive agreements regarding TV advertising sales. The investigations are part of proceedings which are carried out by FCO against advertising sales houses and market participants. In case the suspicion is confirmed during the further investigations, the FCO can impose fines. The Company will examine the allegations brought forward today in detail. However, the Company is of the opinion that the sales subsidiary has not infringed antitrust law.
