GARBE Commercial Living launches institutional investment platform with B&B HOTELS . Real estate developer and Germany’s largest hotel brand to jointly develop 30 new hotels . The cooperation between GARBE Commercial Living, a subsidiary of the pan-European real estate company GARBE, and B&B HOTELS Central and Northern Europe (CNE) marks a major milestone for both parties.
Hamburg/Hochheim, 23 March 2026 – With the launch of its first hospitality investment platform for institutional investors, GARBE Commercial Living underscores its ambition to establish itself as a scalable development partner for the hotel sector. At the same time, B&B HOTELS strengthens its position as Germany’s largest hotel brand and one of the fastest-growing hotel operators in Europe. The cooperation combines GARBE’s development and investment management expertise with B&B HOTELS’ operational strength.

At the same time, this step brings us substantially closer to our target of more than 500 hotels in the CNE region by 2030.”
The planned portfolio of 30 hotel developments will primarily be located in Germany, as well as in Austria, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland and the Czech Republic. “Our cooperation with GARBE Commercial Living will enable us to close remaining white spots on our portfolio map more quickly and further densify our presence in strategically important locations,” said Tobias Gollnest, Chief Development Officer of B&B HOTELS CNE. “The first hotels are expected to welcome their guests as early as 2027.”
