All these voting rights are attributed to The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
Voting rights that are attributed to The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited are held via the following companies which are controlled by The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited and whose holding of voting rights amounts to 3 per cent or more in K+S Aktiengesellschaft: EuroChem International Holding B.V., which is an undertaking indirectly controlled by the Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited through Butterfield Trust (Bermuda) Limited, Linetrust PTC Ltd., Linea Ltd., MCC Holding Public Company Limited (prior name MCC Holding Limited) and OJSC MCC "EuroChem", directly holds 9.998 per cent (19,136,595 voting rights) and MCC Holding Public Company Limited, which is an undertaking indirectly controlled by the Bank of N.T. All these voting rights are attributed to Linetrust PTC Ltd. pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Of these voting rights, 9.998 per cent (19.136.595 voting rights) are to be attributed to MCC Holding Public Company Limited pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.

Of these voting rights, 9.998 per cent (19.136.595 voting rights) are to be attributed to OJSC MCC "EuroChem" pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
