On February 11, 2011, Hegedal ApS, Virum, Denmark has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on COLEXON Energy AG, Hamburg, Germany, ISIN: DE0005250708, WKN: 525070, fell below the 20 %, 15 %, 10 %, 5 % and 3 % limit of the Voting Rights on January 14, 2011 and on that day amounted to 1.83 % (this corresponds to 324,070 Voting Rights).
