Mr. Alexey Mordashov, Russia, Sungrebe Investments Limited, Tortola, British
Virgin Islands, Artcone Limited, Limassol, Cyprus, and S-Group Travel Holding
GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, informed us on 31 January 2011 pursuant to section 21,
paragraph 1 WpHG that they exceeded the threshold of 20% of the voting rights in
TUI AG, Hanover, Germany, on 27 January 2011 each and at that point in time held
20.45% (51,460,373 voting shares).

All voting shares are held by S-Group Travel Holding GmbH and are attributed to
Artcone Limited pursuant to section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.
All voting shares are attributed to Sungrebe Investments Limited through Artcone
Limited and S-Group Travel Holding GmbH pursuant to section 22, paragraph 1,
sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.
All voting shares are attributed to Mr. Alexey Mordashov through Sungrebe
Investments Limited and Artcone Limited and S-Group Travel Holding GmbH pursuant
to section 22, paragraph 1, sentence 1, no. 1 WpHG.
