CyberNet Italia and Trend Micro Unite to Provide Free Online Antivirus Service
Trend Micro\047s HouseCall Provides CyberNet Users With a Safer, More Secure Internet Experience

ISPCON 2000 - Trend Micro (Nasdaq: TMIC) (Japan OTC Bulletin Board: 4704) a leading provider of Internet virus protection has announced that it has entered into an agreement with CyberNet Italia to deliver Trend Micro's HouseCall, a web-based antivirus scanning service to its customers. HouseCall will be available, free of charge, to everyone who visit the CyberNet Italia web page, www.cyb.it .
Trend Micro's HouseCall is a completely web-based antivirus program and does not require users to install or maintain any additional software. The antivirus function will be performed on CyberNet's web site and will offer continual updating to provide protection from all types of virus, including the most recent ones, which are constantly being spread via the Internet.
"The agreement with Trend Micro represents a crucial step in CyberNet Italia's strategy, aimed at offering companies an all-round, secure communications service. HouseCall is the first of a series of services and tools, which we will make available to our customers over the coming weeks.
