Visteon and Philips Semiconductors announce licensing agreement

(ots-PRNewswire) - Visteon Corporation (NYSE: VC) and Philips Semiconductors today announced that they have a licensing agreement that will enable Philips to license Visteon's MACH(R) DSP (Digital Signal Processing) technology for use in its DSP radio integrated-circuits (IC). The result is reduced interference and higher fidelity.
