Snowboard freestyler Leon Vockensperger becomes Reboots athlete
Schluechtern, April 26, 2022 - Snowboard pro and Olympic participant Leon Vockensperger is the new testimonial of Reboots, the leading European supplier of recovery boots and pants.
Reboots takes the regeneration of Leon Vockensperger to the next level
Leon Vockensperger is one of Germany's best snowboard freestylers in slopestyle and big air. The 22-year-old proved this both in 2021 with his podium finish at the Laax Open and by qualifying for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing. The first place in the FIS Snowboarding World Cup was the icing on the cake.
Leon has been snowboarding since he was three years old. Since then, his passion for board sports - in the snow and on the surfboard or skateboard - has grown increasingly. The Flintsbacher won his first sponsors at the age of seven before actively working towards a professional career at the age of fourteen. For the dream of turning his passion into a profession, he has put a lot of heart and great ambition into his training. "I don't snowboard because I love collecting medals - I collect medals because I love snowboarding. In order for me to achieve my dream of becoming the best version of myself and pushing beyond my limits, proper regeneration is incredibly important. This is where Reboots has come into place and will support me in the future with their innovative regeneration solutions," says Leon.
Especially the knee joints can suffer from the stress of snowboarding. With the compression massage of the Reboots Recovery Boots and Pants, the young talent counteracts such injuries preventively and thus increases his athletic performance.
Reboots continues to expand its activities in winter sports
With the rising snowboard talent Leon Vockensperger as new testimonial, Reboots strengthens its commitment to winter sports. The young company is thus positioning itself more broadly and is also gaining a further foothold in seasonal sports. "We are very happy to have another young talent on board with Leon. It is very important to us to make young athletes aware of the importance of regeneration, which will have a significant impact on their further development as professional athletes. At a young age, one is usually still pampered by how quickly the body recovers from injuries - but it doesn't stay that way. We work every day to ensure that passionate athletes like Leon never have to give up their vocation," says Tom Keller, founder of Reboots.
