Wiesbaden (euro adhoc) - The Supervisory and Management Boards of P&I Personal & Informatik AG passed a resolution today that a dividend payout of 0.60 euros per share be proposed to the Annual General Meeting on September 2, 2008. With 7,700,000 shares issued, the sum distributed will amount to 4.62 million euros. This means a payout of over 50% of P&I AG's annual profit of 9.1 million euros for 2007/2008.

The P&I Group achieved earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of 13.1 million euros in the fiscal year just ended (April 1, 2007 to March 31, 2008). This translates to an increase of 0.8 million euros over the previous year, despite the negative one-off effect due to the SAR programmes as a result of the change in control (previous year: 12.3 million euros). The EBIT margin stands at 22 per cent. Group sales rose by 4.9 million euros to 59.4 million euros. The P&I Group can announce an increase in earnings after tax (EAT), rising from 8.8 million euros to 9.6 million euros.

Profit per share amounts to 1.25 euro (previous year: 1.14 euros).

The results will be presented in detail at the balance sheet press conference to be held on June 17, 2008.
