The LAMILUX Flat Roof Exit Comfort Swing opens its 3 or 3.5 metre long glass element hydraulically by means of a key switch. The exit folds open like a horizontal door in just 25 seconds to grant access to the path to the roof, which is roughly 100 cm wide. The architectural highlight guarantees safety and service. A five-degree inclination ensures continuous water drainage and three-pane insulating glazing for fall-through protection. The installed light barrier prevents the element from closing as soon as it detects something in the staircase. Completely pre-assembled, the exit made by the Rehau family business is delivered to the construction site and quickly installed there. This minimises the risk of errors and saves valuable time.
