An affiliated company of Bertrandt AG in Ehningen, Zapadtka + Ritter
& Co. KG in Bretzfeld, is with immediate effect leasing its entire
business operations (Sheet Metal Forming and Toolmaking) to a
business company of the Wolpert Group, namely KK Bachert Blechtechnik
GmbH.

Additionally Bertrandt AG also concluded a cooperation treaty with
the Wolpert Group today, which enables the project-oriented
utilisation of the leased business establishment’s service spectrum.

This measure is a further step towards a medium-term increase in
earnings and at the same time with the retention of the complete
service offering for the sake of clients.
