Bertrandt consolidates foreign activities

As a measure for increasing its earnings for the medium term, the
management board of Bertrandt AG reached a decision today to
consolidate foreign activities. In future, the French market will be
handled by the two sites Bièvres and Etupes. In Sweden, Bertrandt is
consolidating its activities at the Trollhättan site. In England,
there are plans to check whether a consolidation of sites could be
effective.
