AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG AG hereby announces that at the end of the month February
2017 the number of voting rights amounts to a total of 15622244 voting rights.
The stated capital is now EUR 113.531.274,76. 
The change of total voting rights is effective as of 28.02.2017.

AGRANA Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft (FN 99489h) ("AGRANA") operated two
increases of its share capital in February 2017 in cash, about which AGRANA has
informed on February 1, 2017 and on February 17, 2017, namely first from EUR
103,210,249.78 by EUR 9,568,977.42 to EUR 112,779,227.20 and subsequently from
EUR 112,779,227.20 by EUR 752,047.56 to EUR 113,531,274.76.
