Notice of second quarter and half year results

Jersey, 4 August 2014. Atrium European Real Estate Limited (VSE/Euronext: ATRS),
a leading owner, operator and developer of shopping centres and retail real
estate in Central and Eastern Europe, will announce results for the quarter
ended 30 June 2014, on Thursday 14 August 2014.

There will be a call for analysts on the day of the results at 08.30UK /
