                      Notice of third quarter results

Jersey, 4 November 2013. Atrium European Real Estate (the "Group") 
(VSE/Euronext: ATRS), a leading owner, operator and developer of retail real 
estate and shopping centres in Central and Eastern Europe, will announce 
results for the quarter and nine months ended 30 September 2013, on Tuesday 
12 November 2013.

There will be a call for analysts on the day of the results at 08.30 UK / 
09.30 CET.
