               Notice of second quarter and half year results

Jersey, 12 August 2013. Atrium European Real Estate (the "Group") (VSE/Euronext:
ATRS), a leading owner, operator and developer of retail real estate and
shopping centres in Central and Eastern Europe, will announce results for the
quarter ended 30 June 2013, on Friday 23August2013.

There will be a call for analysts on the day of the results at 08.30 UK / 09.30
