Notice of full year 2012 results

Jersey, 4 March 2013. Atrium European Real Estate Limited (VSE/Euronext: ATRS),
a leading owner, operator and developer of food anchored retail properties and
shopping centres in Central and Eastern Europe, will announce results for the
full year and quarter ended 31 December 2012, on 13 March 2013.

There will be a call for analysts on the day of the results at 1200 UK / 1300
