Atrium European Real Estate Limited AG hereby announces that at the end of the
month September 2012 the number of voting rights amounts to a total of 373285423
voting rights. The stated capital is now EUR 2868201202. 
The change of total voting rights is effective as of 01.10.2012.

additional (optional) statements:
As a result of two directors opting to take shares in lieu of directors’ fees
and certain employees exercising their share options, the total number of
outstanding shares at 30 September 2012 has increased by 249,896 to 373,285,423.
As a result of this, Atrium’s total outstanding stated capital increased by EUR
379,534 to EUR 2,868,201,202.
