Oberösterreich AG as of March 19, 2012 signed a share purchase agreement on the
acquisition of 1,649,445 non-par value shares or 4.7% of the voting rights in
AMAG Austria Metall AG. As a result of this acquisition, Raiffeisenlandesbank
Oberösterreich AG holds 5,797,695 non-par value shares or 16.4% of the voting
rights, thus exceeding the threshold of 15% of the voting rights. The total
number of shares and voting rights in AMAG Austria Metall AG is 35,264,000.
