UPDATE ON LEGAL PROCEEDINGS

Jersey, 10 May 2011. Further to its announcement of 15 April 2011, Atrium European Real Estate Limited ("Atrium") (VSE/Euronext: ATRS), announces that it has agreed with Meinl Bank AG and various of its related parties an extension of the deadline for Atrium and the other defendants in the derivative lawsuit in Jersey ("the Derivative Lawsuit") to decide whether they wish to consolidate the Derivative Lawsuit into the arbitration, under the Rules of Arbitration of the London Court of International Arbitration, now governing all other previously pending legal proceedings between the parties.

Proceedings in the Derivative Lawsuit remain temporarily frozen pending a decision from the defendants, at which time a further announcement will be made.
