para. 1 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) that, on 29 April 2011, the voting
rights held by FMR LLC in HeidelbergCement AG, Heidelberg, Germany, fell below
the threshold of 3%. On that date, FMR LLC held 1.08% of the voting rights in
HeidelbergCement AG arising from 2,021,860 voting rights.

All voting rights in HeidelbergCement AG were attributed to FMR LLC pursuant to
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
