Nordex SE / Issuance of debentures pursuant to Section 30e para. 1 sentence 1 no. 2 WpHG

On 12 April 2011, Nordex SE, Erich-Schlesinger Str. 50, 18059 Rostock, Federal Republic of Germany, has issued the following debenture:

EUR 150,000,000 6.375% Notes due 2016 guaranteed by Nordex Energy GmbH (ISIN: XS0601426538; WKN: A1H3DX). The interest commencement date of the Notes is 12 April 2011.
