Baltimore, MD 21202, USA holds more than 10% voting shares of Semperit AG
Holding. On March 10, 2011 the equity stake was 10.06% that equates to a total
of 2,069,803 voting rights. The positions are held by the Group owned
management companies Roye & Associates, LLC, 745 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY
10151 USA (2,057,726 or 10.00%) and Batterymarch Financial Management, Inc,
