thresholds of 20%, 15%, 10%, 5% and 3% and on that day amount to 0.09% of the
voting
rights (171,866 voting rights) pursuant to Art. 21 I German Securities Trading
Act.

Out of these 0.0032% of the voting rights (6,000 voting rights) are attributed
to us pursuant to Art. 22 I S. 1 No. 1 German Securities Trading Act."
