Jersey, 17 January 2011: Further to its announcement of 30 December 2010 regarding a proposed legal action against the Company filed by Meinl Bank ("Meinl") with The International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, Atrium European Real Estate Limited ("Atrium") (VSE/Euronext: ATRS), announces that it is now been served in this respect.

Atrium maintains its view that this action is entirely without merit and that the indemnityprovisionsto which this legal action refers are not relevant or applicable in this case.
